Continuing education that Delaware licensees complete between May 1, – April 30, for their 2020 renewal must meet these new requirements: complete 21 hours of CE during each licensure renewal period other than their first. A Minimum of at 3 hours must be taken in these specific course modules:
Core Module 1 - Agency and Fair Housing
Core Module 2 – Professional Standards
Core Module 3 – Real Estate Documents
Core Module 4 – Office Management
Core Module 5 – Legislative Issues
Core Module 6 – Practices of Real Estate
Module 7 – Electives
*Completion of one of the Post-Licensing New Salesperson Modules 1-4 can also be used to fulfill the 3 hour Elective CE credit of Module 7 once per renewal cycle.
Online Limitations
The Delaware Real Estate Commission requires all Real Estate licensees to complete & submit a course evaluation form provided at the end of each course prior to receiving a certificate of completion.

If you are a newly-licensed Salesperson who was not previously licensed in another jurisdiction, the content of your CE must meet the following requirements:
You must complete the four Newly-Licensed Salesperson Modules, totaling 12 CE hours, within the first 12 months after your license is issued. These 12 hours will be applied to the required amount of CE hours based on the chart above.
If you are a newly-licensed Broker or Associate Broker or if you are a Salesperson licensed by reciprocity, the content of your CE must be based on the required Module Course Contents.
