New Hampshire Real Estate Professionals are required to complete 15 continuing education hours every 2 years including a 3-hour core course.
Inactive licensees are required to take the 3-hour core course.
Online Limitations
Effective 1/8/15, the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission requires a timing mechanism in place to ensure that the appropriate amount of time is being spent in the course. Please note that your course will time out after several minutes of inactivity.
