Online Info

All Salesperson pre-licensees must complete 45 hours of pre-licensing education. Applicants may take the examination prior to fulfillment of the pre-licensing education requirement, however, the North Dakota Real Estate Commission may not issue a salesperson’s license to an applicant until certification of the completion of the pre-licensing education is provided

North Dakota licensees are not allowed to take more than 8 hours of courses in a 24-hour period
